Several short comings yesterday.
I didn't post, I ate chips quite a few chips, I ate m&m's and I didn't exercise at all. *hangs head in shame* I must work on my discipline.
On the plus side, this morning I weighed in and while I'm up 5/10's of a pound, when I measured I have lost a 1/2" in the waist, hips and on both thighs; so something is working.
Today I'm working on the laundry and household chores which will help burn up some calories and add to the exercise routine. Keeping positive and while I had a down fall it is still nice to see a little progress to help keep me motivated.
