Just stopped by to post before heading to bed. It's been a very long day.
Exercise was minimal today, just did the ab-roller. While today's eating habits weren't anything to be proud of, I could have done worse and at least drank several large glasses of water. Something I generally don't do.
At any rate, I'm beginning to feel better and some of my muscles don't seem to be protesting doing their jobs as they have been. Still staying positive and trying to make sure I at least do something each day.
