There was great news when I stepped on the scales this morning for my weekly weigh in. I am down 3.8 pounds from last week. I am so stoked! Also when I took my measurements, I'm down 1/4" in the waist. *does happy dance and wonders how many points that can account for*
I know this isn't going to happen every single week, though it would be nice and it is definitely great for one's motivation. It is so much easier to continue working towards your goal when you see some sort of progress being made.
